Species of Fish we go after:

Trophy Lake Trout -Patience is the name of the game. We fish for these monsters in early spring (late April - Early May) and our main goal is to catch at least one fish over 20lbs. Multi Fish days show up a few times each spring but is not to be expected. We primarily troll for trophy Lake Trout.

Kokanee Salmon - By far our most common trip, action can be fast and furious at times. Typically the month of June is the best, but we catch'em all summer long including jigging season around the begining of August.

Brown Trout - I lOVE spring Brown Trout fishing. Casting shorelines  can be some of the funnest fishing on Blue Mesa. As the spring wears off and the water warms up, we can usually find browns with the downriggers.

Ice Fishing - Don't knock it til you try it. We have some awesome days usually targeting Brown Trout and Lake Trout.
